Alter an obfuscated script

This years task was a simple case of updating a script to change the output. The problem was that the script in question was heavily obfuscated.

You can view the script here. In this form it outputs "Wayne Booth - Just another Perl Hacker" and your task was to change it so that it outputted "[your name] - Just another Perl Hacker".

Unfortunately, we had no successful entrants this year. Better luck next year!!
